The Genius Educator Certification is a 3-day immersive programme held at one of Bali’s most forward-thinking campuses. You will discover your own genius profile, learn to see and ignite genius in every learner you work with, and leave with the tools, the licence, and the plan to build a practice that creates real and lasting change.
Grounded in world-class learning science – from Bloom’s 2 Sigma research to Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow theory – and brought to life through the Genius Method, this is professional development that stays with you long after you leave Bali.

Inside the Genius Educator Certification
Each day builds on the last. You go from self-discovery to practical mastery to certification and community.
From consumer of education to creator of your own learning journey.
You begin by discovering your own genius. Using the Genius Profile and Talent Dynamics framework, you will identify your dominant frequency: the natural way you think, create and lead. You will explore why education must change (drawing on WEF, UNESCO and OECD frameworks), understand the neuroscience of how people actually learn, and build your personal 90-day Genius Playbook using the C.L.E.A.R. framework.
You leave Day 1 knowing your genius, understanding the case for Future School, and holding a personalised learning plan that is yours to use from day one.
From teaching content to mentoring the whole person.
Day 2 is where you learn to see genius in others. You will master the three core Genius assessment tools: the Talent Spectrum, Talent Dynamics profiling, and IKIGAI mapping. You will apply all three to a real learner in your life. You will learn the Genius Guide role: See, Ignite, Coach, Reflect, Inspire. You will practise mission-based personal mentoring using the Three Guide Questions, and design your first personalised learning journey for a real student, client or child.
You leave Day 2 able to read any learner and design a learning path built exactly around who they are.
From teaching content to mentoring the whole person.
The final day brings it all together. You will learn to design Genius Camps and immersive learning experiences using Lozanov’s accelerated learning principles, Flow theory, and Octalysis gamification. You will experience a live mission-based team challenge from the inside, facilitate your own session with structured peer feedback, and build your Genius Action Plan for your first 90 days as a certified Genius Guide. The day closes with the certification ceremony and community celebration.
You leave Day 3 certified, with a concrete 90-day plan, and connected to a global community of educators who are building the same future.

Flow Consultant
Work 1:1 with individuals and teams using Talent Dynamics and Wealth Dynamics profiling. Help clients and students move from friction into flow and get paid for it.
