Genius School ignites every child’s unique genius, making their school years a fun, personalized, student led adventure, while preparing them for a future world where they can confidently pursue their life’s work.
As Founding Chairman of Green School, Bali, Genius Group’s CEO, Roger James Hamilton, led the team responsible for growing Green School to become the #1 Future School in the World Economic Forum’s White Paper: ‘Schools of the Future’. In the White Paper, the WEF identified eight Future Skills necessary for our children to thrive in the future:

Since the White Paper was published, Future Schools have launched throughout the world, embracing these eight Future Skills. There has never been a more important time to re-imagine education for our children.

Our Shared Vision
Our vision for our Future School is a lifelong learning journey that equip global citizens with the Future Skills they need to succeed in a fast changing future. This includes three core principles:
Ignite Your Genius
Genius School will introduce its AI enhanced toolkits for self-awareness, self-mastery and self-expression at ProEd through its weekend Genius Camps, to which all teachers, parents and students are invited.
The Future ABCs
Mastery of the Future ABCs is important for children and adults to be prepared for the future: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a foundation to our future digital workforce. Blockchain (Web3) is a foundation to our future digital economy. Community is a foundation to our human future.
Your Life’s Work
Genius is also building a new High School at Nuanu with cutting edge tech, AI, VR, robotics, science and maker labs, together with music, art, design and creative studios. The goal of our Future School is not for students to ‘get a job’ and wake to their day’s work, but to ‘create their ideal life’ and wake every day to their life’s work.
The Three-Year Path to Genius School
We’re introducing Genius School step by step, so families, teachers, and students can grow with confidence as new programs unfold.
Year One (2026): Foundation
Launch of Genius Hubs
A dedicated space at both Nuanu and Umalas where parents and students can ignite their genius, with a dedicated Genius Guide to guide you through discovering your talents, passions and purpose.
Genius Calendar
Launch of calendar of events in sync with the ProEd school calendar, with options to join Genius Camps, the Asia Youth Summit, ABC Labs, Genius Educator Certification, Entrepreneur Camps, Robotics and Coding courses and competitions, Genius Apprentice Program.
Genius AI App
Introduction of Genius AI App, providing participating teachers, parents and students with their own personalized Genius Mentors, enabling students to design their Genius Journeys, connect with mentors, students and opportunities to collaborate on projects and journeys, learn and earn Future Skills in a fun, engaging way.
Genius High School
Launch High School program at Nuanu Campus with Genius Apprentice Program. Begin build of Genius City and Genius High with Student Hub, Learning Hub and Living Hub. Begin pre-enrolments for Genius High launch scheduled for August 2027.
Nuanu & Umalas Campus
Maintain the high level of care, community and curriculum currently being provided at Nuanu and Umalas campuses. Begin the process for IB accreditation. Provide Genius Educator Certification and teacher training for all teachers and participating mentors throughout the year.
Year Two (2027): Transformation
Launch of Student Hub
The student hub is being designed by Bali-based, award-winning architects, Inspiral, as home to Genius High. With world class, iconic, bioarchitecture design, the student hub will feel more like a creative, high tech, entrepreneurial hub for young adults than a school.
Launch of Learning Hub
The Learning Hub will feature state-of-the-art facilities to develop Future Skills in both students and adults. These will be based at Genius City but accessible to students of all ages. When facilities are not being used by students, adults can go ‘back-to-school’ via Genius Camps and retreats to reskill for the future.
Launch of Living Hub
Alongside the Learning Hub, Genius City will feature a 100 room Living Hub for workshops, conferences, retreats, and will feature a series of cafes and restaurants, shops, leisure facilities, rooftop pool, four storey, solar-powered waterfall, Eden Project inspired biospheres and workshop and connection to all parts of Nuanu Creative City.
Nuanu & Umalas Campus
Genius Camps and classes will extend to all ages in both campuses, with both campuses renamed as Genius School by the end of 2027.
Year Three (2028): Recognition
A Model for the Future
We are in a unique position to create a human-first future here in Bali, through the combination of Genius, ProEd and Nuanu. Our goal is for this to be of service directly to our children, and to also serve as model for Future Schools around the world, much as Green School, Bali served as a model for other Green Schools around the world.
A School within a Playground
Nuanu is developing world-class facilities which serve as a playground for students and educators. This includes cultural and art museums, nature experiences, sports and fitness facilities, entrepreneur hubs, creative hubs and a calendar of festivals, summits and programs.
Genius Calendar and AI App
We anticipate that by 2028, we will have over a million users of our AI App, connecting with mentors, projects and opportunities linked to their talents, passions and purpose around the World. We believe there will be high demand to experience Genius School and Genius City in person, and our students will be in high demand for their Future Skills and experience.
Accreditation and Recognition
Our goal is to have both IB and Cambridge accreditation by 2028, as well as having partnerships with Future Schools globally, including Alpha School, Khan Academy, Learnlife and iD Tech. By being recognized globally as a destination Future School, we see our Bali school being the first of many Genius Cities and Genius Schools around the world.
Our Genius City Learning Model
Uniting Nurture and Nature
The integration of Genius School with ProEd Global School is part of a larger vision – a partnership of Genius Group with Nuanu Creative City to launch Genius City, a city of the future designed around the Bali philosophy of Tri Hita Karana or ‘three causes of happiness’.
This unity with spirit, people and nature is a lifelong learning journey which sits at the heart of Bali’s communities. Children live and learn within the day-to-day activities of the village.
Alongside the Student Hub and Learning Hub at Genius City is a Living Hub for adult learners and mentors to collaborate with older students. Students will have an opportunity to learn from world leading thought leaders and educators.
Genius School will be hosting an annual calendar of events at Genius City including Asia’s leading Youth Summit, Genius Camps, Genius Educator Certifications, Entrepreneur Camps and participation in global Robotics and Coding competitions.
Middle School and High School students will have the opportunity to join the Genius Apprentice Program, gaining experience and credits working together with participating enterprises and presenting their learning journeys in our annual Genius Awards. Our Genius AI app will matchmake students with ideal mentors and opportunities based on their ambitions, talents, passions, and purpose, giving them the opportunity to learn and earn with GEMs, our Student Credit System.
These unique features of our Future School will be integrated into both our ProEd Nuanu and Umalas campuses. While most schools have a playground within, Genius School is a school within a playground – with a thriving community to support our next generation.
