Meta1st launches AI-powered platform to shield ‘human layer’ in cyber defense

Meta1st has launched a new AI-driven platform designed to address the human element in cybersecurity—an often-overlooked layer in digital defense.

The platform, featuring tools like Phish 1st, Learn 1st, and Analyse 1st, tackles specific vulnerabilities in enterprise security. Phish 1st focuses on phishing threats, moving beyond traditional simulations to equip employees with skills to recognize and respond to phishing attempts.

This goes hand-in-hand with Learn 1st, which offers interactive modules and custom quizzes that keep employees up-to-date on emerging cyber threats in a user-friendly format.

The platform also includes Analyse 1st, a reporting tool that leverages AI to identify malicious emails. Staff can report suspicious emails through this tool, which uses advanced algorithms to flag and advise on potential threats, fostering a workplace culture centered on proactive security.

“Cybercriminals are now leveraging AI to outsmart outdated security measures. We counter this by empowering organizations with the tools to educate their workforce, the most vulnerable part of their security infrastructure, in real-time,” Meta1st’ CEO Qasim Bhatti said.

With AI-driven adaptive training, Meta1st’s suite aims to go beyond traditional static defenses by preparing employees for real-world attacks as they evolve. As Bhatti put it, “While machines and systems constantly evolve, human beings remain susceptible to risks. And often, it’s the people, not the machines, that become the weakest link in the cyber defense chain.”

Meta1st claims its platform can reduce cyber risk by up to 90%, identifying specific vulnerabilities and delivering targeted training to boost organizational resilience.
