What is a Bit?
A Bit is a focused 3-minute insight.
You’ll find 8 Bits per Microcourse — that’s just 24 minutes of total content, but designed to shift your mindset and spark action.
What is a Spark?
A Spark is a short, powerful question designed to trigger reflection and integration.
Every Bit includes 3 Sparks — so you’ll complete 24 Sparks per Microcourse.
They’re small matches that light big ideas.
Are Genius Microcourses free?
Yes — every Microcourse is 100% free to access and complete.
You don’t need to pay to participate, only the willingness to learn and grow.
How do I earn GEMs?
As you complete Bits and submit your Sparks, you earn GEMs — Genius Academy’s internal currency.
Complete a full Microcourse and you’ll earn up to 10,000 GEMs.
